This annual study reports participation among Americans aged 16 and older in 22 human-powered activities, from backpacking, climbing and camping to kayaking, snowshoeing and telemark skiing. Both participant and enthusiast (most frequent participant) numbers and seven-year trend data is included in this 300+ page report. The Seventh edition includes new information not contained in previous editions, including outdoor recreation competition data and fishing data (non-fly).
